At the current time, the City of Des Moines owns several parcels in Central Place Industrial Park suitable for redevelopment. This business park is zoned M-1 and is suitable for small warehouse and service-oriented business.

Although the City does not maintain an inventory of developable parcels in Downtown Des Moines, staff works with the development community on an ongoing basis to identify parcels suitable for a variety of business needs.
